Joe Biden insulted Queen Elizabeth on Sunday in an awkward exchange with reporters on the tarmac at Heathrow before his flight to Brussels.

Biden insulted the Queen as he was leaving England for Belgium.
“I don’t think she’d be insulted but she reminded me of my mother, the look of her and just the generosity,” Biden said of the queen who is barely 17 years older than him.
Joe Biden’s mother, Jean Biden died in 2010.
